OUR MISSION:
Our Vision is to Encourage the Creation and Appreciation of Visual Art in
the Elgin and Fox Valley Area.
WHAT WE ARE ABOUT...
Art for All was established in 1996 to encourage and promote local artists. In 1998 we became a 501C.3 non-profit organization to bring artists and the public together. We are a community-minded art group with a diversity of talent from all walks of life.
Art is for everyone!
Art for All has two-dimensional and three-dimensional artists working in almost every medium. In our Art Collection of you will see Watercolors, Oils, Pastels, Charcoal, Fiber, Glass, Mosaics, Metal, Jewelry, Pen and Ink, Mixed Media, Photography and much more.. |

| VENUES |
Art for All Members have an opportunity to exhibit their art, with no
commission fees, at a variety of local locations.
Currently we have rotating shows at Elgin City Hall, Sherman Hospital, The
Centre of Elgin, and Carswell's.
Artwork may also be seen at Trefons Restaurant and Artistic Framing in
Elgin.
Throughout the year, Art for All members have the opportunity to show works at the Gail Borden Library.
The AAUW Art Showcase, is now part of Elgin's FoxFireFest, and will be held at the new Festival Park on the riverfront in downtown Elgin north of the Grand Victoria Casino. The festival will be held the first weekend in August.
This is a much sought after juried Art Fair and all artists are encouraged
to submit their work. Cash prizes up to $2500 are awarded by selected
jurors.
We continually work to find new spaces for our artists to show their work. |

| MEETINGS |
We invite artists and non-artists to join us at our monthly meetings held
the second Tuesday of each month at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 340 Grand Blvd.,in Elgin,
across from Lord's Park.
We begin with a social half hour for networking, at 7:00 pm and our speaker
or program starts at 7:30pm.
Meetings rotate between demonstrations, guest speakers, art lectures,
videos, and critique sessions.
Membership information and forms may be received at one of our meetings or
by emailing us at info@artforall-elgin.com.
We appreciate our many sponsors and all that they do to support us through
the year. We wish to thank
Elgin Car Wash, Carswells, and Twin Arts
Printing.
Artists are creative and individualistic by nature, but by working in a
group you can get more done than doing it alone.
We welcome new members...artists and non-artists alike.
Come help us help you.
